His advice to underclassmen is, “Don’t be your someone you're not to please other people. Stay true to yourself and the right people will come into your life and the real ones will stay. And don’t take your time here for granted because one day you’ll wonder where the time went and you’ll wish you were back in the time you are in now. Lastly, through all the hard times you may go through, trust that God is always in control.”

After graduation, he plans to attend Carroll Community College in a dual enrollment nursing program to become a registered nurse and eventually a CRNA.

His advice to underclassmen is, “Strive to completely find yourself and to not be a follower. One of the biggest mistakes I made was trying too hard to fit in and be someone I’m not. Really be yourself and try to be different. Don’t be that person who just does what everyone else is doing. I promise you’ll find so much more happiness in being who you truly are than being someone you’re not. Also don’t be afraid to fail or try something new. Trying out new things and failing will not only build your character but it will also show you things about yourself that will surprise you. Trust in God and if you feel that He has ever abandoned you during a troublesome time, just remember, the teacher always stays quiet during a test.”
