WWA Book Fair & Cruise-In

WWA Book Fair & Cruise-In The Annual WWA Book Fair and Cruise-In is usually in March at the school campus in Westminster, Colorado. Free and Open to the Public. Admission is free.

This is an annual event that supports Woodrow Wilson Academy, a charter school in Westminster, Colorado. At the center of the event is a Book Fair which raises funds to update the Media Center with new materials, equipment, and technology. Funds raised also contribute to updating classroom libraries in our K-8 school. Another popular part of this event is the Cruise-In. Bring your hot rod! Tell yo

ur car club! Bring your camera! There will be vendor booths offering information about a wide variety of products and services. The Annual Chili Cook-Off rounds out the event as participants offer their tastiest chili creations. So also bring your appetite! Each bowl of chili is just $1. It’s an event for the whole family, so spread the word!

Join us this Saturday, April 23rd for our Community Day. We will have a Car Show, Salsa Showdown and Vendor Fair along with the Book Fair. Special appearance from Kona Ice from 11:30-1:00 as well. Come on down and celebrate books, snow cones, and our WWA community! We look forward to seeing you.

We only have 4 days left of the book fair, including today! If you did not see our awesome thermometer outside of our school, we have gotten 77% of our goal, which is $5,376. We are so close to meeting it! If you want to think of it another way, we only need to sell a little over 200 more books to reach it. If you have an E-wallet balance, those need to be used by Sunday, May 2nd at 11:59pm to count towards our school.

Don't forget - this coming Saturday from 10am-1pm will be our Drive Through Book Fair!

When you arrive, you will be able to pick a book bundle, with certain books in a bag. There will be a bag that's $19.99 and a bag that's $39.99. The books are already pre-picked. They will also be by grade level.

Middle schoolers have helped us pick gift cards to give out to random winners! Will YOU be a lucky winner??

Are you getting excited? We're getting excited!! Don't forget there are lots of awesome volunteer opportunities supporting this event! We couldn't pull it off without you!

Thank you for your interest in helping with this year's events! The WWA Cruse-In and Chili Cook-Off literally and figuratively "drive" Traffic to our book fair! This helps raise thousands of dollars to support literacy at WWA. We look forward to working with you!
