Hello PTK members! We're reaching out because the PTK Leadership Team recognizes that things are tough right now and that many people are struggling in particular with feelings of loneliness and isolation. For this reason, we would like to encourage all of you to take up one of two PTK Kindness Challenges aimed at helping to make people feel less alone during this period of social distancing. ,

Send One Receive One is as simple as it sounds. To participate, send a letter or card to someone you know, include a joke or something that you know will make the recipient smile, and then ask them to spread the kindness by sending someone else their own letter.

Lovefortheelderly.org offers a way to bring joy into the lives of seniors who are particularly vulnerable to feelings of loneliness during this period of quarantine. To participate in this challenge, either send a card or letter to a senior you know or, to learn more about this organization and the services they provide, check out their website: lovefortheelderly.org.
