Why is it important to attend your classes?

There are several reasons:

Your attendance helps us continue receiving funding so more students can keep taking classes for free.

2️⃣ You learn faster.
It’s not just about being in the room—listening to your teacher every day improves your English comprehension, pronunciation, and confidence.

Attending regularly helps you complete your hours faster and move toward testing and higher‑level classes.

Debido pronóstico del clima Carroll Community College cerrará hoy, lunes 16 de marzo, a las 12:30 pm. Las clases de esta noche de GED e inglés en persona y en línea están canceladas. Manténgase seguro y atento a los avisos de emergencia.

‼️ DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, CARROLL COMMUNITY COLLEGE WILL CLOSE AT 12:30 PM ON MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026 ‼️

CREDIT STUDENTS: All face-to-face, remote synchronous, and hybrid classes that start after 12:30 p.m. will be canceled. Asynchronous online courses are not impacted by the early closing. All credit students should check Canvas and Email for more information from instructors.
