Chapel this week was all about balloons! Pastor Matt taught the children that God puts the spirit inside as our breath. We can spread God’s word by using our breath by using kind words towards others. The Holy spirit air is inside of all of us. He blew up balloons and let the air out to fill our space with Holy Spirit Air. The children had an opportunity to let a balloon go to spread the Holy Spirit. They learned a good lesson with a bunch of fun too!

Did you find Easter eggs? Is how chapel began this month. Pastor Matt introduced the importance of acting the way God wants us to-by being kind and loving to one another. To help the children understand this concept he had a different kind of Easter egg hunt for the children. The children worked together to ensure that everyone had an Easter egg and no one went home empty-handed. He stressed the importance of walking, not pushing and thinking of others while they searched for the eggs. He encouraged them to find an egg for a friend rather than for themselves. It was such a great lesson during this Easter time and the children had a blast.
