At 49, Parker McAllister took a leap of faith that opened the door to a new career.
After enrolling in Carroll Community College’s Electronic Assembler training program, she gained the confidence, skills, and support to move forward—and discovered that it is never too late to choose a new direction.
Today, Parker works for a national defense contractor and has returned to Carroll to pursue an Associate’s degree in Business, creating even more opportunities for career advancement.
