The Kids on the Block puppets originated in 1977 in direct response to US Public Law 94-142, which required that children with disabilities be educated in the least restrictive environment.
To date there are more than 1,000 local troupes worldwide As the creators of The Kids on the Block Puppets, KOB, Inc. develops the puppet characters and curricula used by Kids on the Block troupes across the globe!
Operating as usual
We had hoped for a quick and seamless transition but that will, unfortunately, not be possible. KOBHQ has temporarily ceased operations at our Maryland facility as "the kids" move to a new home in 2016. Your continued support of your local KOB teams is greatly appreciated and we hope to see you again soon.
Our office is currently closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will be finalizing Sept./Oct. orders and any remaining backorders when we return next week. Happy Thanksgiving!
