“When one door closes, another door opens”

Yesterday, CCCLC closed the door to what had been our center’s home for over 15 years. It was odd to see the walls so bare and not covered with children’s artwork; the playgrounds without any slides or shovels and not a single toy inside any of the classrooms.

As I took one final stroll around the property, I stumbled across a chalk drawing of rainbow on the blacktop and felt the need to take a picture of it- if only that rainbow could never wash away to stand as a reminder of all the joy, happiness and laughter that has taken place in this building all of these years 🌈❤️

Thank you to our Center Street location and to all of those who have come in and out of those doors!

A huge thank you to our friends at The Shepherd's Staff - Carroll County, MD for donating these book bags to our kiddos! We have 5 kids that are off to Kindergarten and 1 child off to PreK next year and they were all very excited to receive their new bookbags filled with all sorts of school goodies! 🤗🎒📓✏️✂️🖍️

Last Friday, we celebrated our PreK graduates who are heading off to Kindergarten in the fall! 🧑🏼‍🎓👩🏻‍🎓📚✏️🧡💚

A big thank you to Spring Meadow Farms, Char'd Barbecue,LLC and The Bus Stop for once again, being gracious hosts and allowing our CCCLC families to enjoy a great day together!

The time has come to start signing your kids for kindergarten 🥺❤️

Registration for kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year will be held the week of March 24 through March 28 at the elementary school in your attendance area.
