Fitness fun for all ages I have been coaching youth sports for over 20 years, and am currently a collegitae softball coach.
I have a Bachelors' in Recreation and Leisure Administration, Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration, Certified Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer and Weight Mangement Specialist. I love working with the youth and educating them how to be healthy. I enjoy being physially active and being a couch potatoe, but there's a balance with that.
