The world is going AI in big ways, and if we do not learn how use it to our advantage , we will be hurting, broke, and suffering down the road. People like me, that are not specifically tech savvy, are being thrown a hardball of a steep learning curve.

On a more serious note, I'm liking some of the new stuff I am seeing, Chatgpt is awesome! I don't know what people are griping about, who can complain about their work being done faster, more efficiently, and with less hassle? 8 hours of typing, processing, or other hand/eye/brain coordinated work can be done in 4 hours or less.. stop griping and be grateful for your blessings in however which ways they come.

I am not totally on board with the no degree idea. I have strong personal reasons for that. What about us that are still paying for the degree that we already have or have not yet finished? We are working ourselves into the dirt, and living like we are in dire poverty to pay for that hard earned degree. Furthering one's education is not a worthless and outdated endeavor. I could rant hotly all day about this topic but I'll just keep to myself about it. I do understand and emphasize with the importance of keeping and retaining employees, and hiring new ones to fill the gaps, but please do not discredit or dismiss those of us that have degrees or are working towards one for other reasons.
