Welcome to a Journey of Healing, Growth, and Empowerment

Hello, I’m Debra Thomas, and I’m honored to walk alongside children, women, and families on their journey toward healing, transformation, and discovering their true potential in Christ. As a certified Wisdom Life Coach for Children, I specialize in helping young hearts build self-esteem, resilience, and emotional well-being. Through my nonprofit organization, Safe Place for Children, I offer coaching and support to children facing behavioral challenges, self-esteem issues, and emotional struggles. I believe every child is uniquely gifted, and my mission is to help them realize their inner strength, make empowered decisions, and confidently navigate life’s challenges.

But my work doesn’t stop with children. As the founder of Healing from the Inside Out Ministry, I also provide Christian coaching and counseling to women and couples who are seeking to break free from past hurts, discover their true identity in Christ, and walk in the fullness of their purpose. My Beautiful Reflections Mentorship Program is designed to guide women toward spiritual growth, personal transformation, and restoration, while my couples’ coaching helps partners strengthen their relationships and build a foundation of love, trust, and faith.

Whether you are a parent looking for support for your child, a woman desiring to reclaim her sense of purpose, or a couple needing guidance in your relationship, I am here to help. My work is rooted in biblical principles, offering compassionate mentorship and practical strategies for overcoming obstacles, building self-esteem, fostering healthier relationships, and embracing a life of purpose.

What I Do:

For Children: Through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and interactive activities, I help children ages 4-18 navigate life’s challenges. We focus on self-esteem, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and overcoming negative thinking patterns. At Safe Place for Children, I offer customized programs to address trauma, behavioral issues, and emotional struggles, creating a safe space for kids to heal and grow.

For Women: My Beautiful Reflections Mentorship helps women rediscover their inner strength and spiritual identity in Christ. I guide them through overcoming fear, healing past wounds, and embracing their true calling. We work together to create self-confidence, heal from generational curses, and find freedom in God's grace.

For Couples: In my couples coaching sessions, I provide biblically-based tools to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust, helping couples create a thriving partnership centered in faith.

Each program is designed to foster healing from the inside out, offering a safe and supportive space for individuals and families to grow and thrive in all areas of life.

My Approach:

I approach coaching with compassion, integrity, and a deep belief in the transformative power of God’s love. I meet my clients where they are and walk them through every step of their journey. Whether it’s working through trauma, building self-esteem, or strengthening relationships, I offer personalized coaching that combines life skills, biblical wisdom, and emotional support.
