Westford Academy Theater Arts presents THE OLD MAN AND THE OLD MOON imagined by PigPen Theatre Co. and directed by Maggie Sulka on April 26 & 27 and May 2 & 3 at 7:30 pm and April 28 & May 4 at 2:00 pm in the Westford Academy Performing Arts Center.

This show is recommended for audiences ages 1-99!

General Admission Seats will be sold at the door:
Tickets are $15.00 for Adults and $10.00 for Students and Seniors.

Grateful for the opportunity this morning to present the Congressional Award to a remarkable young woman -- Westford Academy Senior Meena DeBenedictis -- for her achievements in community service and personal development.

I also enjoyed the opportunity to tour the academy and learn about some of the great programming going on there (Thanks, Ariella!). Wonderful seeing school Principal James Antonelli, Westford School Superintendent Everett Olsen Jr., and Assistant Superintendent Kerry Clery.

Congratulation to Westford Academy Theater Arts and director Michael Towers.

Westford Academy Theater Arts' production of THE WOLVES was named WINNER at the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild's State Semi-Final Round held at Westford Academy this weekend. WATA will now perform in Boston at the METG State Finals held at the Back Bay Events Center on March 28, 29 and 30th.

In addition to the production's advancement to State Finals, four Westford Academy Students were named to the ALL STAR COMPANY including:

Peter Brown for EXCELLENCE IN TECHNICAL DESIGN: LIGHTING DESIGN
Lucy Xiao for EXCELLENCE IN ACTING for her role of #46
Zoe McCarthy for EXCELLENCE IN ACTING for her role of #14
Caroline Burke for EXCELLENCE IN ACTING for her role of #7

THE WOLVES can be seen on Wednesday March 27 at 8:00 pm in the Westford Academy Performing Arts Center. General Admission Seats will be sold at the door. Adults: $10.00 Students and Seniors: $5.00
