AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

We’re excited to kick off our first After School Enrichment (ASE) session of the year!

Registration is open TODAY through September 2 on Membership Toolkit.

Session 1 runs September 7th –October 9th

IMPORTANT: Before you can register for ASE, you must update your family profile in Membership Toolkit for the 2026–2027 school year. Be sure to update your student’s current grade and teacher so you can access the correct registration options.

Once your profile is updated, you’re ready to check out the ASE classes and get registered!

Registration closes September 2nd, so don’t miss out!

Meet our Shamrock Springs principals!

We are excited to welcome Principal Annette Patchett and Assistant Principal Callie Harrell to SSES!

Mrs. Patchett is beginning her 33rd year in education, including 22 years in administration. Shamrock Springs already holds a special place in her heart, as both of her sons attended SSES! Outside of school, she loves watching sports, especially football and baseball, learning new things, popcorn, and Spark.

Mrs. Harrell is beginning her 20th year in education. She spent 12 years as a high school English teacher, three years at WMS as a language arts teacher, and the past five years at WIS as an assistant principal. She and her husband, Tyler, are raising their two boys right here in Westfield. Her favorites include Diet Coke, warm sunny days, Hot Tamales, puzzles, and traveling.

We are so excited to have Mrs. Patchett and Mrs. Harrell leading our Shamrock Springs community this year!

The TODAY show is coming to Westfield! Westfield Middle School has been invited to be part of a special back-to-school segment Monday morning!

We love seeing our Westfield Washington Schools getting some national attention. What an exciting way to kick off the new school year!

Be sure to tune in to the Today Show WTHR-TV during the 8:30 a.m. time block on Monday to watch our Shamrocks shine!

Remember to update your Membership Toolkit profile or for those who are new to SSES, register your new account.

PLEASE be sure to select your student’s current teacher for this school year!
The system will automatically default to last year’s teacher, so double-check before submitting.

SSES uses Membership Toolkit for various activities and events throughout the year, such as the school fundraiser known as the Shamrock Shuffle, as well as After School Enrichment registration, volunteer signups and so much more!
