Would you like to live a completely unforgettable life, one that is overfilled with joy, peace, love and abundance? If this idea resonates with you I encourage you to read on, for there is a way, you only need to decide to take the step.

The past is but a figment of our imagination. And the same can be true about the future. You see there is nothing we can do about our past. It’s already happened, it’s long gone. All of the traumas, dramas, anxieties and fears are ghosts of a past that should be long forgotten.

Now the future is something a bit foggy that resides just out of our awareness. Every future moment is slowly becoming a now moment which dissolves into a then moment, but we have no control over those future moments. We can’t influence them, we can’t manipulate them, they are just over the horizon and we have no idea what those moments may bring. But yet we are all consumed by the fear and anxiety of what they COULD bring.

The only moment that ever mattered, is the eternal moment of now. I know you are shaking your head as you’ve heard this at least a thousand times before but hear me out.

Now this very second is the only real moment there is. Everything else is an illusion in our heads. The truth of the matter is this, if you could truly harness the power of now, and use it for the force of good, both your past and future will become all of the greatest things you’ve ever experienced. To experience the present moment with complete and utter commitment to being fully present results in the greatest of lives that could be lived. I’m not saying you have to completely turn off your intellectual self, but for most of your waking life you should. Because life and God have far better plans about your life than you could ever dream up.

When I started living this way I became genuinely surprised by the outcomes of my life. Things would find a way to work out even in the most dire of circumstances. I stopped focusing on my desired outcome and learned to be ok with letting things happen in their natural course. What I realized is that my desired outcomes were never as good as the actual outcomes I got. Plus the outcomes I got that didn’t seem like they were great almost always morphed into new opportunities to meet someone new, or to have a new experience.

My one piece of advice that everyone should heed and make a part of their lives is to live unapologetically firmly in the eternal now. Forget about the past and the future, and focus on enjoying the experience of this very second. And what will happen is the most mundane parts of your life become truly rich deep experiences. Get out of your head, and get into living your life. This is it, you don’t get another shot. And who wants to live worried about everything anyways?

Dance like no one’s watching. Dream like there’s no tomorrow. Take risks. Stop caring about what other people think about your life. Let go of the childhood trauma. Take responsibility for who you are today. And live RELENTLESSLY...
