Do you really need an excuse for some PTO?! Join us on September 21st for our annual GOLF OUTING at Shackamaxon Country Club. You can play 18 holes — and have bragging rights for the rest of the year when you beat your peeps!

Golfing not your thing? No biggie — there’s a cocktail hour, a yummy dinner buffet, and a 50/50 + raffles afterwards. Celebrate the last official day of summer with your HT community, whether it’s your first year or your 10th! 💙⛳️💛

It might be Summer Vacation, but we don’t take a break when it comes to making improvements to our school! Mr. Petrillo has been working hard facilitating many fancy updates to our school: new steps (it’s like a Red Carpet for our staff!); wall murals on the blacktop, courtesy of Andrew D. (HT Class of 2023) as part of his Eagle Scouts project; a fresh new awning for our gym doors; and a gorgeous new storage shed (let’s have a moment of silence for the old one, which perished in one of our winter storms).

And he’s not stopping there: there are going to be dead trees cut down, improvements to our facade, and a scrub-down of the building before our doors officially open! Thanks for all that hard work…while the rest of us sneak in the sun and fun over these last few weeks of freedom! 💙💛

The summer is FLYING by, but there’s no break for Golf Outing planning! We are excited (and so grateful!) to share with the community our newest sponsor, Union Catholic High School! There are many opportunities to be a corporate sponsor, a home sponsor, or even a cocktail sponsor — or you can purchase a foursome or just dinner! What’s more fun than doing Legos? Doing Legos with all your buddies, of course! Our annual Lego Camp with Mrs. Gribbin was packed last week and one structure was more impressive than the next! There were smiles all around for these kiddos — and ice pops to end the day with a sweet treat! Thank you to Mrs. Gribbin for this exciting annual summer tradition! 💙💛

Awwwww so many familiar friends and faces! This week at school, Miss Vaccaro (the artist formerly known as Ms. P) held her annual Summer Art Camp! They did a little bit of papier-mâché citrus fruit, followed by making homemade lemonade. They did self portraits using clay. They did Fourth of July-inspired American flag painting. They did Andy Warhol stencils using cut potatoes and paper plates that had hot glued shapes on them. They did a summer hombre painting…and they finished the week off with cake decorating with a pallet of icing! Miss Vaccaro already can’t wait for next year — the Fall session starts in October! 💙🎨💛

Today we celebrate and give thanks for the men who guide, support, encourage, and love the children entrusted to their care. Your patience, sacrifices, wisdom, and steady presence help shape the hearts and minds of our students each and every day.

The example you set at home is a powerful extension of the values we strive to instill at Holy Trinity — faith, kindness, compassion, responsibility, and service to others.

Thank you for the countless ways you show up for your families and for our school community. We are grateful for the partnership you share with us in helping our students grow into the people God calls them to be.

There were “popcorn” compliments in 3T, special letters written to our future 1st graders in 1M + 1L, and 2Z begging to learn division! There were syrupy sodas and bagels and cookies (and chips and pretzels and…). There was basketball and kickball and yearbook signing…and before we knew it, the final bell rang and it was time to say goodbye for the summer!

Happy Summer to all our families — and may God bring us peace in our hearts, sunshine in our lives, and good health to all! 💙💛

In honor of the upcoming 250th birthday of the United States, our 5th graders led grades 1 - 7 in saying the rosary — where we prayed for each and every state in the union and each soul in that state! It was a perfect way to ground us in our Faith for the summer…and a solemn preface to the parties and cleaning that ensued! 💙📿💛
