The end of May we talked about Flowers 💐! As we learned in April that , April showers brings May Flowers. Its getting warmer so we did alot of water play and enjoyed homemade creamsicles. As we went for walks we saw different kinds of Flowers 💐. We made arts different types of Flowers using forks, hand prints, and pained with Dandelions.

The last week of May was short as we celebrated Memorial day. We talked about Soldiers " saving the world 🌎 ". We made flags out of paper and a hand print flag.

Beginning of June our Theme was "Kindness" , as we needed to discuss being kind to our friends and share! I spoke with them about how hard it is to share, I understand, but that is what being kind should be!
We made Kindness hearts and colored kindness pictures with water colors.

This past week felt like SUMMER ☀️, so that was our Theme. We made a slipping slide 🛝, we enjoyed a puppet show, then it was getting to hot and got cranky 🔥 🥵, so we had to leave early. We made handprint ice cream cones and Flower bouquets💐

The End of April we talked about Earth Day 🌎. We discussed recycling, cleaning up after ourselves and be Kind to the Earth 🌎. We did some painting with bingo dabbers and painted to create our own Earth 🌎.

Last week of April we discussed "April Showers". We painted lots of rain pictures, made an umbrella 🌂 and handprint rain Showers and cotton ball Showers. We know we need rain help the Earth as well grow grass and Flowers 💐 😊.

We celebrated Cinco De Mayo. Tacos weren't a hit, so we had lasagna for the day instead. We colored outdoors with chalk and made Maracas 🪇 and Sombreros . We had a Blast dancing to Mexican music 🎶! Our favorite was Cinco de Mayo by the Kiboomers!

We also celebrated mother's day for our Special mom's! We made Special memories
for them creating handprint flowers, water coloring pictures of mother's day 💕, and a footprint memory. A special gift was sent home as well.

The end of March we celebrated St. Patricks Day ☘️. We enjoyed creating handprint Leprechauns, shamrock handprints, tissue paper shamrock and painting rainbows 🌈 . We played with green playdoh and even had green mashed potatoes! We were finally able to get to the park. Yay 👏 ! We made Special Shamrock marshmallows cookies 😋!
We also welcomed Spring 💐 🌹 🌸 🏵 🌼 💐! We made hand and foot print Flowers using paint and ink and color collages with scrap paper. We also made SLIME using spring colors, thats our Favorite 😍 💜! We painted rocks outside with our favorite Spring colors.
We also made a Special picture for a Special Birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁.

In the beginning of April we celebrated Easter 🐣 🐰 🐇 which came quickly! We played with plastic eggs indoors and the Easter Bunny came and we had a blast searching for eggs outdoors 🥚 ! It was a bit rainy but we still went for our short walks and played on the porch with Blocks. For art we made hand and foot print Easter Bunny a paper plate Easter Bunny and colored pictures using water colors. We had Special donuts amd decorated our own Easter eggs cookies 🍪 😋!

Second week in April we learned and talked about bugs 🐛. Our favorite one is the butterfly 🦋 ❤️! We made a handprint ladybug and butterfly, footprint bumblebee, painted pictures of bugs, and using out fingers decorated Caterpillars as we counted numbers. We looked for bugs outdoors. Found worms 🪱 spiders 🕷, bumblebee 🐝 and ants 🐜.

Last week we learned about different music 🎶 🎵. We all picked songs we enjoyed and had dance parties 💃 🕺! We painted pictures of different musical instruments with water color 🎼. For art we made different musical instruments such as a footprint piano 🎹, footprint xylophone, handprint guitar 🎸. We played different instruments , Boy did it get loud lol but we all had a blast playing drums, maracas 🪇 , tambourine, xylophone and piano 🎹. This was a very fun week !

Second to last week of January we learned about "Winter Clothing ".
We created different Clothing pieces such as snowpants, scarves, hats, sweaters amd boots as we decorated them with tissue pieces, Bingo dabbers, paint, glitter and sequence. We played with playdoh, dressed up in different Clothing pieces, had a dance party and got to play in the snow ❄️.

The last week of January we learned about "Snow Fun". We had lot's of snow this week! We were able to play outdoors in the deep, deep snow. We talked about fun things we can do in the snow such as ice skating and sledding was our favorite 😍 thing to do down the big snow hills we created. We colored snow pictures and sleds using glitter and sequence and painted ice skates ⛸️. We even used scarves to pretend to ice skate 😀.

We celebrated 'Groundhog day" the first week of February.
We made own Groundhog arts and crafts. The kiddos learned (and kept repeating) that if the Groundhog sees his shadow there is 6 more weeks of Winter! I was glad they were able to understand . We even saw our shadows outside as well. We played in the snow ❄️ and built train tracks when it was to cold to play outdoors.

Last week we celebrated "Valentine's day ❤️ 💕 " We focused on being kind to one another and share and have good listening ears. 😀 . We used tissue paper to put on a heart, painted hearts, made a foot print heart and cookie cutter valentine shapes. We made a heart ❤️ out of legos, played toss the heart ring on the potion bottles. We handed out Valentine's to our friends. And had a Special snack on Friday ❤️!

We recently celebrated the New Year 2026 👏 🥳 🎉 🎊 ! We made a Black and Gold glitter arts and crafts as we learned the colors of a New Year ✨️. We made a 2026 picture using a hand print. Also, a Shooting Star 🌠 craft! When we discussed things we would like to happen in the New Year, everyone wanted toys 😆! We had Special friends join us this week and enjoyed a Special New year's snack 😋!

We learned about " Arctic Animals" and had fun creating different animals using our hand and feet to make an Arctic fox , a Penguin, Snow owl 🦉, and an arctic booklet 📖. We did some water painting as well. Enjoyed a little bit of outdoors ❄️!

"SNOW " was another theme we really enjoyed. We made snowmen ⛄️ using cotton balls, painted with puffy paint and , a painted snowflake with glitter usinga q tip, and we especially loved making cloud slime ❤️ 💙 💕, that was our favorite 😍! It was a bit chilly this week so we improvised and played indoors with people and blocks and created " igloos" 😀.

This week we learned about " Winter Clothing ". We decorated hats and scarves with glitter and and color, we put tissue paper on our snowpants, and used shape stamps with ink and dabbed sweaters and boots 👢. We really enjoyed this and then using our hands to make hand prints ( good the ink was washable lol) . We enjoyed the snow ❄️ and made snowmen!

The First Week of December Our Theme was "Feelings" We focused on how exciting Christmas was coming as we counted the days 🎄 😀. We enjoyed the big snow storm ❄️ ! We colored and made a book on feelings. We Read the " Color Monster" and made our own. Its about a Monster who gets mixed up with color feelings. We also celebrated a Special Birthday and made homemade cupcakes 🥳 🎉 🎊 .

The second week Our Theme was " Red And Green " 💚 ❤️ . We played with RED and Green balloons 🎈, made cookie cutter prints Red and Green ink, painted with q tips, and enjoyed nice walks. We learned Red represents made and Green represents calm.

Week 3 our Theme was " Gingerbread man" We made Gingerbread playdough and it smelled so good 👍. We made cookie cutter Gingerbread prints and made a Gingerbread foot print and decorated a Gingerbread man, and water color painting. We also enjoyed the snow ❄️ 😀.

Week 4 our Theme was "Christmas". It was a short week, it's like dog⁰ but enjoyed making Christmas decorations, reading stories, making a handprint Santa 🎅 painting with water colors and made a wreath. Lastly, enjoyed a Special snack and brought home Special gifts 🎁 💕!

Oops! I guess I didnt realize I haven't posted since Halloween 😅 🙃 !
For the month of November we learned about Farm Animals 🚜 🐄 🐖 🐑 🐎 !
We played with Farm animal puppets and played with Farm animal toys. We pretended to be different animals on the farm and made the noise of each animal. We put puzzles together of farm animals.
We also learned about "Apples " and tasted different kinds and had apple crisp 😋, but wasn't a favorite 😕. We made apple prints using Apples.
We also learned about " Friendship" and worked together on many arts and crafts. And also played together and build witb blocks.
Lastly we learned and focused on "Thanksgiving". We learned that family and friends are important people and be thankful for them such as mom's and dad's! We made Special memories for our families br🤎 !
