Because of a WEF grant, more than 60 middle school students stepped onto the stage to share their original poetry with peers, families, and community members during our first district-wide Middle School Poetry Slam.

This project gave students the confidence to express themselves and the opportunity to celebrate one another in a supportive, uplifting environment.
