For the next 2 weeks, we’re collecting new and gently used shoes as part of a fundraiser for Westerville Mom Life!! If you’re cleaning out closets, please help!

There is a bin in the lobby of Westerville Christian Church or send us a message to have someone come pick up. The more shoes we collect, the more money we make! Can be any size adult or kids, just no cleats or skates.

Chelsey DeMatteis is a wife, mother, and woman on fire for Jesus. She is a devotional writer for Lifeway's Journey Women Magazine, Salem Media, and YouVersion. She hosts the Living with Less Podcast and is the author of More of Him, Less of Me: Living a Christ-Centered Life in a Me-Centered World and A Thrill of Hope. Her newest book, Mercy in the Margin: 52 Devotions to Encounter Jesus in the Mix-ups, Mess-ups, and Marvelous Moments of Motherhood, releases this August to the world. Chelsey resides in Westerville with her husband and two children.

Our Galentine’s Night was a blast!!

Another mom recently shared this. I pray you read this and know what it feels like to have other moms in your life. But if you feel alone, I encourage you to come check out our group! I’ve had a lot of questions lately, so let me post some common ones below:

Q: How do I join?
A. Just show up! You don’t have to register or RSVP, just show up to one of our Thursday night gatherings

Q: What is the cost?
A: It’s FREE! You don’t have to pay any fee to participate in our group

Q: I don’t go to your church (or I don’t attend any church) is that ok?
A: Yes! Our group is a ministry of WCC and we meet there, but we have moms from all over Columbus! Some attend other churches, some don’t.

Q: I am a single mom and don’t have childcare, can I bring my kids?
A: Yes! We have childcare for this exact reason on site in our Playland.

There’s something really special about doing life with other moms…Sharing our stories and empathizing about the tough moments and rejoicing in the joyous ones make us feel continually supported and loved. “Moming” is the best and hardest thing we have ever done but we wouldn’t change any of it for the world. Grateful for this mom tribe and our much needed “mom’s night out” this evening at the Family Room!💕

We had a great “Friendsgiving” event the other night! We made some beautiful earrings, had lots of quality conversations with other moms and ate a delicious Thanksgiving meal! Thank you Brandon and the other men who volunteered to cook and serve us! Such a special night!😍

We had a blast at our costume party/bingo night last night!! If you’re looking for a great group of moms to connect to we would love to have you come check out our group! So much fun!!😍
