OK, so it's been awhile since we last Righted the Wrong Techniques. We could spend this time pointing fingers and assigning blame, or we could agree that we all made some mistakes and move on. I hope this technique helps you defend yourselves against one of the most sadistic mind-games you'll encounter on any mat: the Buzzer Be**er.
