Otterbein's English as a Second Language (ESL) Program, located in the Columbus, Ohio metro area. Improve your English for academic or professional goals!
The Otterbein ESL program is starting in-person classes on Monday, August 24. We would love to have you join us!
0605 Learning Colloquial English through Current Events: This course prepares student to participate more fully in conversations in campus life and university courses. Students will learn common idioms, expressions, and modern slang through current events in the news so that they can engage in authentic dialogue with Americans.
Virtual Meetings: one day per week from July 6th through July 31st
1 credit: 10 am to 11 am
2 credits: 10 am to noon
3 credits: 10 am to 1 pm
The ESL class this summer is available for 1-3 credits. That means that you can take it for however many credits you would like, and the cost would adjust accordingly. If you take it for one credit, the cost is $340, if you take it for 2 credits, the cost is $680, and if you take it for 3 credits, the cost is $1020.
