Kids are back in school!! 🏫📔✏️

It's February and that means Golf season is approaching up here in Ohio!! Excited to get back out there and teach the greatest game ever played ⛳
My son and his new Golf Bag are ready as well! Parents, get your kids swinging early to learn simple and basic dynamics of the game!
Kids are ALOT more flexible than us and can love to exert energy! So what better way than to put that ball up on a tee for them and have them take a wack at it 😉

Some dynamic warm ups you golfers can do to help stability and strength for your swing I will list below👇👇

1. ARM CIRCLES- arms extending straight out from shoulders; Turn palms down and rotate 8x forward. Then rotate arms in a circle backwards.

2. NECK ROTATIONS- Standing straight up, Rotate your head over one shoulder and then the other. 8x

3. SIDE BENDS- Standing up with the arms over your head, hold a club up with hands wider then shoulder width, bend down to one side laterally as far as you can then other side. 8x

As a golfer who has played alot all throughout my teenage years, 1 HUGE thing that has helped to this day before I go hit balls or play a round is these warm ups! LEARN IT, LIVE IT, DO IT!
