Our students got to witness an amazing transformation stage in the butterfly life-cycle last week at Blendon Woods Metro Park! We happened to be there the moment a Monarch caterpillar began to create its chrysalis. The caterpillar was fully covered within a span of 5 minutes. Very cool experience!
