Our friends at Westerville Library filled The Big Bus with summer reading magic. Their partnership brought books, encouragement, and a whole lot of excitement to our kids across every Big Bus location all summer long. We are so proud of our readers and so grateful for the library’s support. Thank you, Westerville Library, for helping our kids fall in love with reading.

Chef Clayton Freeman, owner of Can’t Believe It’s Vegan in Westerville, spent the afternoon with our middle schoolers, sharing his journey of building a successful restaurant from the ground up. He spoke about creativity, courage, and what it really takes to own and operate a business. We are grateful for the time he gave and for showing our students what passion and persistence can build.

STEAM days on The Big Bus are electric. You can feel it the moment students start experimenting. A simple challenge becomes a spark, and that spark becomes confidence, curiosity, and joy. Whether they are building, testing, redesigning, or discovering something new, STEAM gives our students the power to imagine, to problem-solve, to collaborate, and see themselves as creators of their own ideas. Learning comes alive in their hands. We are so grateful The Big Bus gets to help carry that spark.

Our Big Bus kids painted with bubbles, mixing art and science in the sweetest way. We learned how bubbles form, why they pop, and how a little air and soap can turn into colorful magic on the page. Watching our kids discover the science connection woven into their own creations felt like bubbles rising, light and full of possibility.
