St. John of the Cross Parish School St. John of the Cross Parish School is a Catholic school in Western Springs, IL educating children in preschool through 8th grade.

"Rooted in Faith, Growing in Knowledge." SJC offers and excellent education in a faith based environment. Pre 3 and 4 Year Old Programs, Full Day Kindergarten, Spanish in grades 1-8, complete music, art, and computer programs. Students engage in school liturgies, classroom prayer services, and sacramental preparation programs. No cut athletics for grades 5-8.
