The "ideal body" keeps changing. Your worth doesn't. đź’™

From celebrity transformations to viral weight-loss trends, young people are constantly exposed to messages about appearance—and social media often makes those messages even louder.

While medications like Ozempic have important medical uses, the attention surrounding them has also sparked conversations about body image, comparison, and the pressure to look a certain way.

As parents, educators, and trusted adults, we can help young people shift the conversation away from unrealistic beauty standards and toward self-worth, healthy habits, and overall well-being.

Remember:
đź’™ Everybody is different.
đź’™ Health looks different for everyone.
đź’™ Your value is never defined by your appearance.

Read our latest article to learn how you can support positive body image and encourage healthier conversations with the young people in your life.
