Located on 37 beautiful open range acres outside of Westcliffe, Colorado under the Crestone Mountains, the Sassi Electric Avenue Art Ranch is a new project by Sebastian and Raphael Sassi. The primary missions are artist residencies, education, and outdoors entertainment. We will be offering outdoor activities and workshops ranging from painting and drawing lessons and residencies to sustainable pr

actices to survival courses and other related creative activities including year-round tent camping facilities. Located near Westcliffe, the Crestone Mountain Range, The Great Sand Dunes National Park and the San Luis Valley the Sassi Electric Ave Art Ranch aims to be a destination for those seeking top quality arts instruction from a variety of notable teachers and artists as well as a destination for outdoors enthusiasts who wish to explore one of the country's most unique and beautiful regions. Please come and visit, stay and make some paintings, perform your music, read your writings, host a creative event, or just go camping and hiking.

We're accepting workshop proposals. The Electric Avenue Art Ranch (SEAAR) is technically off the grid and will utilize solar and wind power. Guests can expect a comfortable camping experience. Classes are tentatively to begin summer 2018. Painting, Drawing, Photography, Writing, Performance, Meditation and Martial Arts are just a few examples of disciplines we're hosting immediately. Available are day trips and satellite camping in the Crestone mountains and The Great Sand Dunes National Park from the SEAAR campus with historic Westcliffe nearby. Please write to us if you'd like to come out and simply camp, create, teach or talk, make your art - from plein air to contemporary art practices. Basic camping facilities are currently under construction. Capable transportation highly advised.
