Rolland Fiddle Camp ROLLAND FIDDLE CAMP, 2016 will be June 27 - July 1. including fiddle and clawhammer banjo classes an Cello, mandolin, guitar welcome.

Join us at Rolland Fiddle Camp, June 27 - July 1, 2016 at the base of the awesome Sangre de Cristo mountains. The small camp format in gorgeous Westcliffe, Colorado is perfect for a week of intensive fiddle & banjo immersion, study and fun. Camp will be small enough to allow for one-on-one help as needed. details. The area is a hiker's paradise with an abundance of mountain lakes, streams and high peaks. Local amenities include a bowling alley, movie theater, indoor swimming, fishing, a library, golf course and restaurants. INSTRUCTORS:

PETER ROLLAND: all fiddle styles, string teachers, intermediate & advanced students, singing, technical & remedial training

MATTHEW ROLLAND: old-time, cross-tuned fiddling, contest fiddling, intermediate & advanced students, mandolin, guitar, song writing

MICHAEL ROLLAND: bluegrass, contest fiddling, intermediate & advanced students, mandolin, guitar, song writing

GAIL ROLLAND: beginners, "folk orchestra" director

GRACE ROLLAND: cello, singing, square dance caller (all dances taught, no experience needed)

GISELLE LEE: clawhammer banjo, beginners, novice players

KATIE GLASSMAN: improvisation, swing fiddle, Texas fiddle

The High Mountain Hay Fever Bluegrass Festival Board and volunteers are thrilled to invite you to this year's Festival event in the heart of the Wet Mountain Valley of south, central Colorado.

The stunning views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the friendly town of Westcliffe provide a magnificent backdrop for the Festival, but it is four days of nationally-renown bluegrass performers that sets this Festival apart.
