With degrees in Public Health Education and Clinical Exercise Physiology, plus a Sustainable Nutrition certificate from Harvard University, she’s a Certified Wellness Coach (NASM) and Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) who helps people build realistic, sustainable habits without confusion or overwhelm.

We will be accepting gently used children's clothing, especially those of Preschool age, as well as diapers of all sizes.

You may drop off items to the office, Monday thru Friday 8 AM-3 PM.
