We don’t want to brag… but we will! 👏 Our young adults’ work skills are incredible! They are dedicated, capable, and building impressive skill sets every day. 💪

Now, we’re focusing on the skills that can make all the difference in the workplace—the soft skills that require intentional teaching, practice, and reinforcement: communication, teamwork, problem-solving, accepting feedback, staying on task, flexibility, professionalism, and self-advocacy.

Mr. Patriarca brings these skills to life through interactive, engaging, and meaningful group lessons that prepare our young adults for success beyond the classroom.

Because work skills get you the job… soft skills help you keep it! 💼✨

🏠✨ The Independent Living Center is just that—a place to develop, practice, and strengthen the skills needed to become more independent at home.

Ms. Pezzato is assessing student needs and creating opportunities for each young adult to build the skills that matter most for their future. Independence starts with practice, purpose, and support! 💪

High-quality instruction starts with strong relationships and shared expectations. 💙

At Transitions, this partnership in learning is critical. When teachers and young adults work together with trust, consistency, and purpose, we create meaningful opportunities for growth—because we are preparing our young adults today for their future tomorrow. Ms. Martin works with her young adults in creating this foundation.
