While Gary’s already in Dubai, I’m still here—waiting on one thing: my cats.

Dash, my 11-year-old Russian Blue, has failed two rabies titre tests, which means he doesn’t meet the UAE’s strict pet import rules. We’re trying one last vaccine, and if he fails again, we’ll have to rehome both cats together (they’re bonded—splitting them isn’t an option).

Thankfully, my amazing aunt has offered to adopt them, but I’m still holding space and intention that our little family can stay together.
So here’s my bold request:

Let’s hold the vision that he passes the next test and we can finally fly home—all of us.

I used to think marriage was about finding the right person.

Turns out, it’s just as much about becoming the right person—again and again.

After 9 years, I’ve learned:

✨ Resentment is love’s slow erosion. So speak up.

✨ You both will change—let it happen.
✨ Vulnerability is the real intimacy.
