Here is what realtors walked away with from this week's Business Generator Workshop
1. Throwing tactics at a belief system full of doubt does not work. The decision to hit your goal has to come first. Once that decision is made, strategy lands completely differently.
2. Figure our your dream client by writing down 5 names of people you loved working with. Look for what they had in common. You attract who you are so clarity on who they are is the first step to finding more of them.
3. Keep it simple, leverage the contacts in your phone. That is your pond for the next 30 days. People who already know you, already like you and are connected to people just like you.
4. Realtors spend an average of 14 minutes a day actually talking to clients. Moving that to 96 minutes is what generates 80% of your results. That is the only number that matters.
5. Start making it a daily habit to send a text to check in on someone you already know.

Thanks to every agent who joined us for The Business Generator Workshop yesterday!
Showing up is the first move

If you aren't careful you can plan your way into staying in the same place 3 years later

But analysis paralysis isn't always a productivity problem, most of the time it comes from lack of clarity and fear.
