Most people run Claude at a fraction of what it can do. The upgrade isn't a cleverer prompt. It's giving Claude real capabilities.

Here are 24 add-ons that turn Claude from a chatbot into something that actually runs work: 8 plug-ins, 8 skills, 8 MCP servers.

Plug-ins drop whole specialist teams in with one install. Skills turn a 200-word prompt into a one-line command. MCP servers connect Claude to your real tools, live.

Send this to the person on your team who still copy-pastes into a chatbot.

Installing tools is the easy part. Getting AI to actually run work in your business is the part that changes your week. That's what Helena walks through in her free training, building an AI employee live, no tech background needed.

The largest open AI model ever built just went public. As of today, anyone can download it.

It's called Kimi K3, from a Chinese startup called Moonshot. 2.8 trillion parameters. It ranked first in the world for front-end coding, ahead of every US model, and it lands in the top tier overall, the only open model in a pack of closed, paid ones. On the same tasks where it matches Claude Fable 5, it runs at a fraction of the cost.

Then it got complicated. A White House official accused Moonshot of building it by copying Anthropic's Fable model, and Treasury floated sanctions. Moonshot denies it, analysts say the 15-day timeline barely allows for it, and China's government has now hit back, calling it "AI hegemonism." No public evidence has been shown. Today's release is the first chance anyone outside the company can actually check.

Here's what matters if you run a business and you're not technical.

Don't pick a side in the model wars, and don't build your whole business on any single one. Whatever wins this month, the tools you build on keep getting better and cheaper. That's the great equalizer, in real time.

The edge was never which model you use. It's whether AI actually runs work in your business, or just sits open in a browser tab.

That's what I walk you through in the free training. I build an AI employee live, start to finish, no tech background needed.

Everyone thinks Hormozi got rich flipping gyms. He didn't. He got rich making offers so good people felt stupid saying no, then gave the whole playbook away for free.

His entire thing is one equation. The more someone wants the result, and the more they believe they'll actually get it, the more they'll pay. The longer it takes and the harder it feels, the less they'll pay. Most founders pick a price and hope. Hormozi engineers the offer until the price looks like a bargain.

That's why "raise your prices" usually fails. You didn't fix the offer, you just moved the number.

I turned his framework into 4 prompts that rebuild your offer the same way, each one feeding the next: audit it, stack the value, build the lead magnet, launch it. They're in this post, so save it before your next launch.

Which part of your offer feels weakest right now, the price, the promise, or the proof? Drop it below 👇

"You won't lose your job to AI. You'll lose it to someone who uses it."

That's Nvidia's CEO, Jensen Huang, and people keep quoting it without understanding what he actually meant.

Using AI doesn't mean asking ChatGPT a question and copying the answer. That's the floor. Everyone's already there. The people pulling ahead are handing AI the work itself, the follow-ups, the admin, the first drafts, and getting their week back while everyone else is still typing one prompt at a time.

The difference isn't intelligence or budget. It's that one group treats AI like a search bar and the other treats it like a hire.

You don't need to be technical for this. If you can explain a task to a new employee, you can set AI up to do it. That's the entire skill.

Be honest. Are you using AI to answer questions, or to actually do work? Drop it below 👇

$2.57 million in revenue. Per employee.

The Wall Street Journal just profiled Bending Spoons, and that number is the headline. But the story underneath it is the part worth reading twice.

They got roughly 800,000 job applications last year. They hired 286 people. Not because they couldn't find talent. Because they didn't need the headcount. By early 2026, AI was writing about 90% of their code changes. The humans set direction and made the calls. The machine did the ex*****on.

For most of business history, growing meant hiring. More output required more people. That was just physics.

That rule broke. One person with a system now out-produces a team without one, and that's the first time a solo founder could realistically compete with a staffed company.

So you're not behind because you don't have a team. You're behind if you're still doing everything yourself.

What's the one task eating your week that AI could be doing instead? Drop it below 👇

The company that makes Claude just announced it's going to start discovering drugs.

On June 30, Anthropic launched Claude Science and its own internal drug discovery program, focused on neglected diseases that traditional pharma won't touch. Researchers at the launch said AI could shrink drug discovery from 10 to 15 years to as little as 2 to 5.

Here's the part worth sitting with. AI didn't just get better at chatting. It's now doing the real work, the research, the ranking, the discovery. That's the shift most people are still sleeping on.

And it scales down. If AI can hunt for medicines, it can run the follow-ups, the admin, and the content in your business. The people pulling ahead stopped asking AI questions and started handing it jobs.

Comment "AGENTS" and I'll send you the free training on giving AI its first real job in your business.
