Please join us in welcoming Dr. Johnny Fortune, President of AECO Digitech, to the Building Transformations 2026 Board of Directors.

Dr. Fortune is a nationally recognized leader in digital transformation for the AECO industry, bringing more than 20 years of experience advancing BIM, VDC, digital standards, and technology adoption. He has contributed to major industry initiatives including the National BIM Standard–United States, Digital Twins for the Built Environment, and standards work with the VA, USACE, and the National Institute of Building Sciences, and previously served as Executive Director of the U.S. National BIM Program. His work centers on aligning people, process, technology, and standards to improve project delivery and drive practical, lasting change.

We are truly excited for the insights, passion, and strategic direction he will bring to our board. Welcome aboard, Dr. Fortune!
