Latke-making!

I'm making latkes (potato pancakes) for myself tonight, and going out to buy sufganyot (jelly donuts) shortly. I won't be hosting a party this year because of COVID, but given Health Canada's big vaccine announcement yesterday, it's looking hopeful for next year!!
