My first trip to Our Nation's Capital......

Came with alot of unexpected emotions when I came to this Memorial.

Brought me to tears to think of my freinds, family and fellow Canadians who have served in defense of this amazing country and Beacon of hope that the world has always seen us as.

Which followed very quickly with feelings of anger for what our Prime Minister has done to disgrace our Country and our Military.

It's taken a while to find the words to write in this post without losing my filter.

Our Prime Minister may not care, but I care and I know many of my fellow Canadians do too.....

Nothing worse than losing a friend because they didn't think they had anyone to talk to 😢. Phone always on, door always open and a drink can be easily poured. Support each other. I need eight people to post this message to show you are always there when someone needs you.

We as humans build walls to protect us from the outside world.....

But those walls do not protect us from ourselves, our own thoughts...

We create our own fear, pain, negativity all from behind those walls, the same walls that we think protect us.

Time to break down those walls and release the crap trapped behind them.

What an amazing feeling for me to see one of my clients have a massive shift in his business and personal life from just making a few small changes.



When you shift your thoughts and energy you create whatever you want in life.



My client did this and completely changed the outcome of a meeting that he was dreading.



Not only did it help show him how much of an impact setting his INTENTIONS has on this particular situation it also showed wether its business or personal life or how you want to feel, it's all possible to change once you learn how.

Validation....

Most men look for validation outside of themselves.

We've been taught that our job or our family or our success is what validates us.

I spent 40 years of my life doing exactly that.......

No matter what I did, I never felt enough.....
Never felt like I made it....
Never felt successful....

It wasn't until I looked back and noticed that none of the things outside of myself made any difference to how I felt.

I started looking for reasons why....

My family was happy but I wasn't...

I climbed the ladder I'my career....but still not happy.

Nothing I DID made me happy...

What I was taught was wrong all along.

I had to validate MYSELF. I had to BE happy with where I was and use that as a starting point.

And learn New ways of Being Happy.

I realized that I was gonna be the only one who made myself happy.

It all starts with Mastering your Thoughts.

Our family, freinds and social norms have made this possible.

It creates adults who suffer in silence or who are afraid to speak about problems they may be facing in life.....depression, anxiety etc.

When we find this acceptable, we shame others for speaking up about their problems.

This creates possibilities of anger, emotional outbursts, su***de etc.
