Poll Question:
Who is really winning summer fashion?

06/14/2026

🌿 Wellness Tip: Growth requires space. Take a moment to check in with yourself and ask: What am I holding onto that no longer supports my well-being? Whether it's a habit, a mindset, a routine, or even a commitment, releasing what no longer serves you creates room for new opportunities, better health, and deeper alignment.

✨ Affirmation: I give myself permission to evolve. I release what no longer serves me and welcome the growth meant for this season of my life. 🌱

I've been in the gym, minding my business, working hard to tone these arms so they look good in my summer dresses. You know, embracing the soft, feminine summer aesthetic.

Imagine my surprise when I stepped outside and discovered the men in my city are apparently competing for the same attention.

✨ Affirmation: I trust my journey and allow myself to grow at my own pace. I release the need to compare my path to anyone else's, knowing that every season of my life has purpose. I honor where I am, celebrate how far I have come, and welcome each lesson that helps me evolve. With patience, consistency, and self-compassion, I continue to bloom into the person I am meant to be. My growth is not rushed, my progress is not diminished, and I trust that everything is unfolding in divine timing. 🌿✨

Worry is heavy on the spirit and hard on the body. 🌿
A gentle reminder that not every thought deserves your energy. Some things are meant to be released, not carried.

Wellness tip: when worry starts taking over, pause and reconnect with your body before your mind. Deep breaths, sunlight, herbal tea, stretching, prayer, silence… grounding yourself tells your nervous system that you are safe.

Protect your peace like it’s medicine because it truly is. ✨

People mistake my grace for permission.
They think because I choose peace, I won’t protect myself.
Because I forgive, I forget.
Because I healed, I no longer have boundaries.

But healing didn’t make me easier to break.
It made me wiser about what I will never carry again.

My kindness is intentional, not naive.
My heart is open, but not unguarded.
And the version of me that stays calm is not the version of me that accepts less.

Other people’s opinions will always shift with their perspective, projections, and limitations. Don’t hand them the power to define how you see yourself.

Build yourself up so deeply that outside noise can’t shake your stride, your softness, your confidence, or the love you carry for yourself. The relationship you have with you should always speak louder than the opinions around you. 🌿✨

Creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, supported, and connected will always matter to me.
Not everything meaningful has to be loud. Sometimes it’s the quiet conversations, genuine energy, shared laughter, and feeling understood that heal us the most. ✨

We all deserve spaces where connection feels real, not forced. Where community feels like home. 🤍
