Thursday we are excited to get to be there for Ruby’s final dress rehearsal for the Des Moines Metro Opera’s production of King Roger!
Friday is the kick off to 4th of July weekend!

Thank you so much to Johnston Community School District and Timber Ridge Elementary for having us out for Dragon Dream Day. It was so much fun to share Zero martial arts with the students and let them try some of the techniques we teach at the dojo. It was a pleasure meeting everyone!

We hope to be invited back next year, until then we will see you at the dojo!

We are starting our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for kids and adults next week at the Dojo!
