Homeschool class is at 12 pm Mon/Wed!

Snakelets Martial Arts for 3 and 4 year old's!

Great for letting off some energy during the summer and building the fundamentals of coordination and discipline.

Kids MMA on Friday's!
On Friday's we bring together the striking and grappling techniques taught throughout the week and teach how they can be applied!

Kids and Adults BJJ on Monday's and Wednesdays!
Learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu; if you are interested in MMA, this class prepares you with submission grappling.

Thank you so much to Johnston Community School District and Timber Ridge Elementary for having us out for Dragon Dream Day. It was so much fun to share Zero martial arts with the students and let them try some of the techniques we teach at the dojo. It was a pleasure meeting everyone!

We hope to be invited back next year, until then we will see you at the dojo!
