Today marks the 10 year anniversary of the loss of our former Media Assistant, Beth Basile's husband, Vince, and her daughter Kelli. Every year our Kids Care Family Club has designated September 20 as a day to do a random act of kindness to honor their memory. This year we have challenged everyone to do 10 random acts of kindness for 10 days, beginning on Friday, Sept. 11 and concluding today, Sept. 20, 2026. We encourage everyone in our Jordan Creek family to continue doing random acts of kindness throughout the day today to honor their memory.

Congratulations JC!! We met our first fundraising goal. This Friday is an all school HAT DAY to celebrate!!! All staff and students are welcome to wear their favorite, funniest, or most creative hat to school.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has registered, donated, and shared our fundraiser so far. We’re off to a great start, but we still have more goals to reach!🎩👒🤠

Let’s keep the momentum going and see what we can unlock next!

The Jordan Creek PFC invites all families to join us for our annual tailgate before heading out to cheer on the Tigers!

🎉 Details: Enjoy pizza, cookies, and drinks provided by the PFC and connect and mingle with other JC families! 🍕🍪🥤

Our Kids Care Family Club (KCFC) kicked off the year at Scenic Valley Park this afternoon after school. We reviewed the purpose of our club is to connect students, families, and staff together to grow service learning as a habit of our hearts. Families shared favorite service projects from the past, and then we made "Welcome" notes for our new students. We finished our time together making a surprise gift for our staff as a random act of kindness that will given to them this Friday.

Future Upcoming KCFC events in September include:

September 24, 2026 - WDMCS Homecoming Parade - Our Kids Care Family Club will be walking in the WDMCS Homecoming Parade that evening after school. We will meet at Valley Southwoods school parking lot at 4:45 pm. All JC families and staff are invited to join us. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

All Jordan Creek families are welcome to join us for our first Kids Care Family Club (KCFC) meeting of the year. It will be this Wednesday, Sept. 9, right after school at Scenic Valley Park. KCFC is a great way to meet other families while serving others. We look forward to seeing you there! ! ♥
