Love to plan events and be creative? We are looking for you!! October 7th is coming up fast, and the magic behind Designer Purse Bingo: A Little Practical Magic does not make itself. We are still actively looking for planning committee volunteers to help us pull off the most unforgettable night of the fall.
If you saw our first post and thought "that sounds like me," it is not too late. If this is the first you are hearing about it, your timing is perfect.

No experience required, just enthusiasm, reliability, and a little witch energy. Whether you can give a few hours or want to take the lead on something, we want to hear from you.

Spots are limited and our committee is carefully selected, so do not sleep on this one. We are looking for passionate, connected, and driven people who are ready to show up for Iowa's youth in a really fun way.

Designer Purse Bingo: A Little Practical Magic is coming to The Monroe in West Des Moines on October 7, 2026, and 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 who want to get in front of a room full of people who actually pay attention.
200 enthusiastic, engaged guests from across the Des Moines metro. People who support local businesses, make purchasing decisions, and remember the brands that show up for their community. Stage mentions, event signage, social media features, logo placement on promotional materials, and more depending on your level. This is marketing people will notice and remember.

This isn't just an event — it's one of EyesOpenIowa's biggest fundraisers of the year, directly powering nearly 30 years of s*x and health education for young people across Iowa. Every detail we nail, every sponsor we land, and every purse we secure translates into real impact for Iowa's youth. We can't do it without you.
