This foundational class blends the magic of circus with beginner aerial skills on sling and trapeze. Students will explore dance, acrobatics, juggling, tumbling, tightwire, and hula hooping—building coordination, flexibility, and creativity while gaining strength and body awareness in the air and on the ground.
