Concert band uniform fittings this week!
Today - Thursday: 3:30 - 6:30 pm in the Valley HS Band Hall.

Students should come when their schedule allows. If altering is needed, students will be measured and the uniform pieces that need altered will be given to them at a later date once they are completed. If students are unable to come during these dates and times, you can contact Sarah Renaud or Amy West to schedule alternative dates and times. (See today’s email for contact information)

If a student is getting a tux or dress from either choir or orchestra, they do not need a separate one for band. However, tux wearers will need to get band-specific accessories, as those are different from the other groups.

There are still some volunteer slots open for adults and students if you’re available to help. Adults - we still need a concert uniform co-chair - this is a great chance to see what the role entails!

All three Valley Concert Bands performed this past weekend at the Adventureland Festival of Bands, and what a weekend it was! Captivating performances, high level feedback, and successful results highlighted what talented students can achieve when they work hard!

Congratulations to all three bands on their success! This is the first time in recent history that all three Valley Bands have been recognized as Best in Class or Runner Up.
