πWELCOME TO SJS, MISS PICARD! π
We are SO excited to introduce the newest member of our Saint Joseph School family, Miss Kiersten Picard, our new Second Grade Teacher! π¦
π
We were incredibly blessed to have so many wonderful and qualified applicants for this position, but there was something about Kiersten that stood out immediately. When she walked out of her interview, the hiring committee looked at one another and just knew β this was our girl! π
A graduate of La Salle Academy and the University of Rhode Island, Miss Picard is beginning her teaching career with us, and we could not be more excited. Her warmth, enthusiasm, personality, and genuine love for children absolutely won us over.
We truly believe God sends us the people we need at just the right time, and we are so grateful He sent Kiersten our way.
SJS family, help us give Miss Picard a HUGE welcome! ππ
We canβt wait for an amazing year in Grade 2!

It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of Paul Dooley, beloved husband, father, son, and friend.
Paul leaves behind his wife, Heather, and their beautiful daughter, Hadley, who will be entering Grade 1 at Saint Joseph School this fall. Our entire SJS community is heartbroken and is keeping the Dooley family close in our prayers during this unimaginable time.
Many have reached out asking how they can help. If you would like to support the Dooley family, a GoFundMe has been established to help ease the financial burdens they now face. The link can be found below.
Above all, we ask that you keep Heather, Hadley, and the entire Dooley family in your prayers and kindly respect their privacy as they navigate the difficult days ahead.
Thank you for surrounding the Dooley family with the love, compassion, and faith that make our Saint Joseph School community so special.
