Readymade Renegade Studios

I was recently asked what my oldest plant in my garden is, and I love telling the story of this Comfrey plants journey. From the veggie garden at Wild Harmony Farm in Exeter çirca 2022 it has traveled with me to Jamestown, Coventry, West Warwick, and Westerly.
Symphytum is my garden starter, pulling nutrients to the top soil through her deep roots, providing compost as leaves fall off, and attracting and nourishing pollinators.

This was the cutest little garden bed I got to visit at the Esek Hopkins house before it was removed. It was full of thyme and valerian!
I would love to see more of these if anyone has any old wood boats they want turned into a garden, let me know!

Hiya everybody! Just wanted to pop on here for a quick hello. I've been keeping busy out in the field this summer and can't wait to share what I've got planned for the studio as fall approaches. Hope you can come along for the ride!

More progress pics from my time at the Newport Restoration Foundation's Historical Masonry workshop.

After being told that "masonry has nothing to do with gardening", a fellow fine gardener and I along with our class, took a field trip to fix up the mortar of this historical wall... which is being deteriorated by trumpet vines that are weaving their way through it (and popping out the other side!).

The universe sure does have a great sense of humor.
