Thank you for supporting our 2022 Granger Lancers Baseball Program. Our season has come to an end. We missed the playoffs by one game... just one game...

All of us would like to see what would have happened on the next pitch, in the bottom of the 7th vs. West, with the game winning run at 2nd base (pictured below)... BUT... We know we could have been one game better at any point in the season. Albeit, I am both amazed by this team's growth, but saddened that it has come to an end because this group has been a lot of fun to work with.

Additionally, this team is fearless and competed start to finish against every opponent, all season long. We absolutely competed in every game. This program has made strides in the right direction, and we believe we will earn a playoff berth next season.

Congrats to Johvi Ki for earning Athlete of the Week!

Our Left-Fielder and Lead-off hitter had an excellent Sophomore year making special catches and providing a spark to the offense. We are impressed with this young man's attitude and effort to improve Granger athletics.

More specifically, Johvi earned Athlete of the Week for his performance vs Hunter. He hit .727 over 3 games- They simply could not get him out.

Athlete of the Week goes to Zachary Astorga!!! The Senior Captain (NASA) holds it DOWN in Center, has a gun for an arm, and is chasing down the all-time stolen base record for GHS Baseball. CONGRATS MAN---WE LOVE SEEING THE HARD WORK PAY OFF!
