RNG is a culturally grounded mentoring program that pairs Native students with alumni mentors to build connections, share knowledge, and support academic and career growth. Participants gain access to personalized guidance, professional insights, and community opportunities that help them thrive personally and professionally.

Participants in Rising Native Graduates will:
✅ Join as a mentor or mentee: Collaborate in a structured mentorship to share experiences, receive guidance, and set personal and academic goals
✅ Connect across the network: Build meaningful relationships with alumni and peers, expanding access to internships, volunteer projects, and other professional opportunities
