Responsibility means knowing that we are in control of our thoughts and actions. This is a crucial trait for children to develop in order to be functional, successful, and stable adults. This month at Bobby Lawrence Karate, we will be explaining to our students the consequences or outcomes that make doing something necessary.

Thanks to everyone for coming out and making the Summer Showdown a great event!

We love seeing our students embrance the spirit of self-improvement and goal setting through these events and strive for a personal best each and every time. It's also great to see both students and parents cheering each other on and being genuinely happy for each other's successes.

This event also marked the debut of padded bo-staff sparring in competition, which was a blast!
