Planning Ahead, NFV Families! 🖤💙🩶
We know summer is flying by, so we want to help our NFV families get a jump start on planning for the 2026–2027 school year!
Be sure to take note of the dates when NFV will have NO SCHOOL throughout the year. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, scheduling appointments, or just looking forward to a little extra time together, having these dates handy will help keep everyone on track!

BOOK IT! Summer of Stories is back for another fun-filled, nostalgic summer of reading adventures and pizza prizes!

Our summer program officially begins TODAY, June 1 and runs through August 31 for children in PreK–6th grade nationwide.

✨ The first official reward claim period opens July 1!

Parents, here are a few important reminders:

📅 Reading days must be marked on the calendar inside the BOOK IT! App. If you miss a day, you’re able to go back up to 7 days.
📖 Children must read at least 15 days within the month, and parents must track those reading days in the app calendar to qualify for their pizza reward.

If you experience any issues, please contact us before the end of the month using the Contact Support page located in the app menu or on our website so we can assist you in time.

We started the year as strangers and ended it as a classroom family. These first graders learned, laughed, worked hard, and made every day an adventure. Have the best summer! 💕

J- Jersey/Joke Day 🏈🤣 In our jersey picture we were able to have the beef queen from Fayette county be in it! We enjoyed listening to her presentation about beef!

K- Kindness Day 💕 👩‍🏫 (Each student picked out a prompt card and a teacher that they thought deserved or described that prompt. One student even said “doing this just makes me so happy and makes me feel good!” So much fun!! Sorry I didn’t get pics of everyone and we have a few more to deliver tomorrow!!
