For the last three days, these 5 students, along with 300 other High Schoolers from NE Iowa, have been learning and practicing their All-State 2026 Choir music at the Meistersinger All-State Music Camp at Wartburg College. We are proud of these students for putting in the work this summer and wish them luck in the audition process this year for All-State!

BIG congratulations to NFV Middle School Band Director Abigail Toussaint! 🎶

On Friday evening at the Iowa Bandmasters Association Annual Banquet and Awards Ceremony, the IBA recognized six outstanding young teachers from across the state — one representing each regional district — for their exceptional teaching, leadership, and service to their schools and students.

We are incredibly proud to share that this year’s Northeast District recipient was our very own Abigail Toussaint of North Fayette Valley Middle School! 👏🎺

Miss Toussaint’s passion, dedication, and commitment to her students shine through every day, and this honor is a well-deserved recognition of the impact she has on our band program and school community.

Congratulations, Miss Toussaint, on this outstanding achievement! NFV is so incredibly lucky to have you!

Congratulations to all three North Fayette Valley Community School District choir ensembles for their performances at Large Group Contest last weekend in Osage!

Both the NFV Bass Chorus and NFV Mixed Choir earned straight Division I ratings from every judge. This marks the first Division I rating for the NFV Bass Chorus since 2018. The NFV Treble Chorus also performed wonderfully and received a high Division II rating.

We are incredibly proud of all of these students for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. Well done, NFV Choir!

Join our NFV and UIC art students, by supporting Elkader 5th grader Eli Belser, son of North Fayette graduate Marcus Belser, in his brave fight against cancer. His family faces the challenges of treatment, travel, and medical costs, our conference art programs have teamed up to help support them through this journey through 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆: a virtual art storefront created from the incredible work of our Upper Iowa Conference Art Show.

Hello Fine Arts Supporters!

Our 7th/8th grade band is heading to Des Moines on May 14th to perform at IBA! This is such an honor!

The public is invited to attend two upcoming performances by the North Fayette Valley 7/8 Grade Band.

The band will present an IBA Preview Concert at 7:00 PM this Friday, May 8, in the NFV Performing Arts Center. Next Thursday, May 14, they perform in Des Moines at the IBA Conference at 3:00 PM.

🎶 NFV Middle School Honor Choir
Our 5th & 6th grade students proudly represented NFV at the NEICDA Honor Choir in Oelwein yesterday! The singers had a fantastic experience making music with students from across the region and working with guest conductor Dr. Blessing. 🎼

A special celebration for our NFV singers — out of approximately 60 students who auditioned for a small group solo, only 8 students were selected… and 5 of those 8 were from NFV! 🤩👏 What an incredible accomplishment and a true reflection of the dedication and talent of our choir program.

Way to represent NFV Choirs at Honor Choir! We are so proud of you all! 💙🎶

NFV Middle School Honor Choir 🎶

Eight of our 7th & 8th grade students proudly represented NFV at the NEICDA Honor Choir in Oelwein yesterday! They had a wonderful day making music alongside talented singers from across the area and working with guest conductor Mr. Enriquez, a former Luther College graduate. 🎼

We are so proud of their hard work, musicianship, and the way they represented our school community! 💙
