Sprouts Childcare

Sprouts Childcare Where Children Learn & Grow! Sprouts Childcare (formerly Little Sprouts Daycare) first opened on June 13, 2011 by Christina McKeehan and Gretchen Rhoades.

We are a mother-daughter team who created an environment where children learn and grow. Sprouts Childcare is state licensed, and participates in Child Care Development Fund (CCDF). We also follow all requirements for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), a federal program that insures healthy meals and snacks to children receiving day care. Sprouts Childcare believes that a child is never

too young to learn. Here children will grow by interacting with other children, creating art and craft projects, listening to music, and exploring the importance of books.

We are officially closed as of Friday, August 7, 2026 ❤️😭❤️

So many kids came through our doors, some for short time and others we had for years. Some of the first ones we had are now in college! My daughter, Ava, was just 3 months old when we opened and now she’s got her driver’s permit and about to be a sophomore in high school.

So many memories over the last 15 years from Zoo field trips to our big Halloween parties to guest visitors for our Community Helpers theme.

We are so very thankful to all the parents and families for trusting us with their children! You will forever be a Sprout in our minds! 💚

We have so many toys for all ages, especially preschool and elementary age. We have furniture, tables and chairs, book shelves, and lots of fun rugs. Oh and we have lots and lots of books! Please come buy our stuff!
