🌱🌿 Science Comes to Life in Grade 4! 🔬🌱

Our talented 4th grade scientists have been busy learning about plant cells! Using their creativity and knowledge, students designed and constructed their very own plant cell models, showcasing the different parts of a cell and their important functions.

What a wonderful way to bring science to life through hands-on learning! We are so proud of our students for their hard work, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning! 💚

Great job, Grade 4! 🌟👏

☀️👟 WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY FOR OUR 6TH ANNUAL WALKATHON! 👟☀️

The sun was shining, the music was playing, and the school spirit was everywhere today at St. Thomas the Apostle School! 💙💛

Our students, from our littlest preschoolers to our 8th graders, laced up their sneakers and walked laps to raise money for our wonderful school! It was a beautiful morning filled with smiles, laughter, enthusiasm, and a tremendous sense of community!

A HUGE thank you to our amazing PTO for all of their hard work organizing and setting up today's event! Thank you to Boomer from the Springfield Thunderbirds for bringing the excitement and getting everyone into the spirit of the day! 🏒🐦

We are so proud of our students who worked hard collecting pledges and then put their feet to work walking those laps! Thank you to our dedicated teachers and staff and to all of the parents, grandparents, family members, and friends who came out to cheer on our walkers. Your support made the day even more special!

Today was about more than raising money. It was about coming together as a school family, celebrating our students, and showing the incredible spirit that makes St. Thomas the Apostle School such a special place!

Beautiful weather, happy children, wonderful supporters, and a great cause — it doesn't get much better than that! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make today's WALKATHON such a tremendous success!

🧵🪡 Sewing Club: Creativity in the Making! 🪡🧵

Our Sewing Club members were busy this afternoon as they began designing and creating their very own lounge pants!

With patterns and fabric in hand, our students carefully pinned and cut their materials, taking the first exciting steps toward bringing their creations to life!

Next week, the sewing machines will be humming, and we can't wait to see their projects begin to take shape! 🧵✂️

A special THANK YOU to Mrs. Svadeba for sharing her time, talents, and expertise with our students while teaching them a valuable life skill that they can carry with them for years to come!

At St. Thomas, learning goes far beyond the classroom! ❤️
